Return Policy
Please read and understand below return policy before any purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Every order is carefully inspected for quality control before it is shipped out. We will not be liable for any damages and/or missing parcels during shipment as the responsibility had been handed over to the appointed courier service provider.
If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for a return, please email us at hello@eniwill.com. and we will provide return instructions. Return postage costs will be the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as returns will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will also not accept any returns if there are visible signs of wear or the item was not received in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account as store credit. Once an exchange or store credit is issued on an order, this cannot be changed to a future refund, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
